Your Evidence-Based Resource Hub

Finding clear, trustworthy information about spinal health isn’t always easy. Given the massive amount of online content available, it can be difficult to know what’s reliable. This page gathers evidence-based resources and practical exercises you can explore at home. Each item has been carefully selected because it reflects widely accepted guidelines and educational value.

Our goal is to give you useful tools to build awareness of posture, movement, and general wellbeing – resources that may be discussed during your visits and applied at your own pace.

Daily Spinal Hygiene Exercises

Consistent movement can help maintain flexibility and improve posture awareness. The following routine is designed to encourage mobility and controlled movement over time:

  • Perform once or twice daily, such as in the morning and evening.
  • Move slowly, within a comfortable range – avoid sharp pain or significant discomfort.
  • If you notice unusual symptoms, bring them up with your chiropractor at your next visit.

Balance & Stability Training

Balance and coordination are essential in everyday life. The following video demonstrates basic exercises that may help improve steadiness, coordination, and postural awareness. Progress gradually, and use support (such as a wall or chair) if needed.
